Explore the Best of Long Beach with a Charter Bus
The Port: Visit the Port of Long Beach, the second busiest seaport in the country. Watch the ships come into port and, while you're along the water, explore one of the most famous ships to dock here, the Queen Mary.
Museums: Enjoy "coming home" every day of your trip to the RMS Queen Mary, a retired ocean liner converted to a hotel. The ship sailed the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967, but now remains permanently moored at Long Beach. If you're just looking for a day trip, dine at one of the restaurants and explore the museum. Although one of the engine rooms, the propellers, and the boilers were removed, you'll find the ship on the National Register of Historic Places and Historic Hotels of America register.
At the Museum of Latin American Art, you'll see the only museum in the country dedicated solely to modern and contemporary Latin American art. MOLAA features the work of more than 350 Latin American artists representing 20 countries and a 15,000 sq. ft. sculpture garden. You'll see art from Tamayo, Matta, Cruz-Diez, Los Carpinteros, and Tunga. The more than 1,300 art pieces span painting, sculpture, sketch, photography, and video.
The Neighborhoods: Don't miss the chance to see Rancho Los Alamitos, a pristine remnant of 7.5-acres out of the original 300,000-acre Los Coyotes land grant to Manuel Nieto in 1790.
Explore Naples on foot and by gondola to see all it offers. The neighborhood stretches over three islands in Alamitos Bay, divided by canals that open into the bay. See the fountain at the neighborhood's center, drop into the shops, dine on the water without a worry of finding parking with a charter bus.
Play along the shore at "Mother's Beach," a local favorite spot, officially known as Marine Park.
