Yes. Please let your reservation specialist know that you'd like to drink on the bus prior to your trip. Pre-payment may be required and there is a $250 cleaning fee if a mess is left behind.
We recommend tipping your driver(s) 10-20% of the total cost, in cash, if possible.
No. Our operations team will secure parking and staging areas for the bus prior to your trip.
Break schedules will be negotiated between you and your driver(s) prior to the trip; however, drivers can only legally drive for 10 consecutive hours before they must take an 8-hour required break.
You’ll be able to choose from amenities such as on-board restrooms, televisions with DVD players, plenty of storage space, reclining seats, and more. Smaller buses may offer different amenities. Providing food and drink is not required. You will only need to provide lodging for the driver(s) if your reservation spans multiple days.
Yes. A deposit of up to 30% of the total trip cost will be due after you book your rental.
