If you love beer, then put the Transplants Brewing Company on your list of places to see while in Palmdale. Transplants is open Thursday through Sunday and it is a place where you can drink special brews in a large hall decorated with gigantic murals. The unique brews here include a wide variety of ingredients, including hazelnut, chocolate, Chinook, and vanilla.
If you own a horse or if you've ever wanted to try riding a horse, the Rainbow Ridge Ranch is where you want to be. They offer horse and pony rides and are available for birthday parties and day camps for kids. They lease horses that you can use to ride the trails and take groups on rides through various scenic routes.
For nature lovers and health enthusiasts, you will want to check out the Barrell Springs Trail. This path winds through the dusty hills of Tejohn Park and offers expansive views of Palmdale. You will feel like you are in the old west complete with tumbleweeds and a cactus or two.
